About Zachariah Rosalie

Zachariah Rosalie is an independent filmmaker and producer who employs traditional filmmaking techniques, with a particular emphasis on celluloid. He represents a new generation of Australian filmmakers committed to original, exceptional storytelling across screen and media platforms. His professional objectives include developing innovative filmmaking methods, conserving valuable celluloid materials, and actively advocating for equity and diversity on- and off-camera. In 2023, he earned a degree in film and television studies from RMIT University. Since then, he has expanded his screen credits to include producer, writer, director, actor, cinematographer, editor, and stills photographer. Zachariah’s most notable works include "A Retro Train Ride" and "A Mornington Ghost Tour," both released theatrically in 2025.
